With more than 15 years of executive leadership in healthcare—including hospice, home health, senior living operations, business development, and strategic growth—Kenneth has dedicated his career to helping organizations expand access to compassionate, high-quality care.
Throughout his career, he has led regional and multi-state healthcare organizations, built high-performing teams, and developed innovative partnerships that improve patient outcomes while supporting families through life’s most important transitions.
His passion extends beyond operating assisted living communities. Kenneth believes families deserve an experienced advocate to help them navigate senior living with confidence, transparency, and compassion.
Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife and children, mentoring healthcare leaders, and continuing to develop innovative models that improve care for seniors across Arizona.
Jane is the clinical heart of Pledge Senior Housing.
As a Registered Nurse with extensive experience across hospice, home health, and senior care, she leads our clinical programs with compassion, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to resident well-being.
Jane believes every resident deserves individualized care that honors their dignity while supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
She works closely with physicians, therapists, hospice providers, pharmacies, and caregivers to ensure each resident receives coordinated, person-centered care.

Deahanna brings years of hands-on assisted living leadership and operational expertise to every Pledge community.
She oversees daily operations across our homes, ensuring residents receive exceptional care while supporting caregivers with the training, resources, and leadership they need to succeed.
Known for her approachable leadership style and resident-first philosophy, Deahanna is passionate about creating environments where seniors feel safe, respected, and genuinely at home.
